I am from the East, i.e., India and within India, from her East. Now I live in the East coast (New York). The yogis may have already realized that the Sanskrit term for east is purva/purba.
I have this insatiable desire to understand cultures through their food: their tools & techniques, their spices & herbs, their feasts & celebrations. I like to bring this experience to my atelier; to appreciate and to adapt to my taste and current health trends. This exploration is my meditation, is also my ambrosia. In the coming days, I hope to share, learn and grow with you.
