Purba is east in sanskrit. I hail from the East of India and now I live in the East Coast (New York).
Who am I ? I wear many hats and in one of these I study cultures through their food– their techniques and ingredients. I explore how these can adapt to the evolving tastes, sensibilities and conveniences of 21st century. Another mission of mine is to simplify, down to its minimal essential –without sacrificing its appeal–, and make it accessible to you to experiment with your pangea pantry.
