Purba is east in Sanskrit. I hail from the East of India and now I live in the East Coast (New York).
Who am I ? I wear many hats and in one of these I study cultures through their food– their techniques and ingredients. I explore how these can adapt to the evolving tastes, sensibilities and conveniences of 21st century. A mission of mine is to simplify, down to the minimal essential –without sacrificing its appeal– while experimenting with a pangea pantry.
